They've been sitting next to my bed for the past 2 years and have barely been used except for a bit of mood music now and then. The speakers are selling new for $359 and the speaker stands are selling new for $42 for $401 total (the $249 quoted in the Audioengine website are US prices, for AUD prices check the prices quoted by their Australian resellers on their respective websites). They actually cost me an additional $49.50 in shipping and surcharges but that's my cost to bear. Good quality speakers like these keep their value but despite being in great condition, I'm realistic about them now being second hand.
