This includes controllers, interfaces, I/O modules, and racks. 2. All other items including power supplies, programmers, cables, tapes, cartridges, man machine interfaces, drives, drive related items, motors, and memory sold or repaired by Sterling Services are covered by a one year warranty. 3. Any unit that fails the first time it is placed in service, regardless of the time elapsed will be considered under warranty. Any item that fails during the above warranty period will be repaired, replaced, or refunded at our discretion. 4. Items must be used in accordance to the original manufacturers specifications. Items that fail due to gross abuse of the operating party, including, but not limited to, negligence, improper handling, misapplication, abnormal dirt, moisture, corrosion or acts of God will not be covered. 5. New equipment covered by the manufacturer's warranty shall not be additionally covered by Sterling Services. 6. Fuses, CRTs, monitors, LCDs, HMIs, programmers, keyboards, push-buttons, motors and other mechanical devices, and maintenance items are covered by the one-year warranty regardless of whether they are part of a PLC system or not. 7. All sales outside of the United States are not covered by our warranty. The warranty may be specifically excluded or modified on an individual basis.
